WebAug 16, 2015 · Rewriting scripts, AI, animations etc. can be very difficult. Removing textures and particle effects is only very difficult if said visuals are integrated into the actual character animations, which I find unlikely. In addition, targets stunned by your Electrocute deal 25% less damage for 10 seconds when Electrocute wears off. Sap Strength has been removed.

All the other player characters foils glow when they are in combat but I got nothing on mine. Its not a big deal but im wondering if I have a problem on my end and possibly missing other effects... You have a modern monitor which have above 60Hz refresh rate. Launch your computer in safe mode and set the monitor to 60Hz in advanced graphics settings. If you like the effects leave them on. But let other people turn the things off. Unless you have a problem with other people doing something that does not affect your game at all.
