WebDec 21, 2024 · Gaming Services won't install I purchased The Outer Worlds on the Microsoft Store about a month ago, and yesterday, I figured I would try to play it again, but every time that I attempt to start the game through the start menu, it redirects it to the "Gaming Services" page on the Microsoft Store. WebJul 28, 2024 · Windows could not start the Gaming Services service on local Computer. Error 31: A device attached to the system is not functioning. Other guides I've seen work by starting this service which is why I think it not being able to start is causing my issue.
