Fixed - and on top of that, fltk::use_system_file_chooser also means fltk::file_chooser(...) works correctly (at least under Windows - somewhere down the bottom of my todo list is a complete rewrite of fltk2's Mac portions to make them native, and when I get around to that I'll fix file_chooser() there, too).

WebFeb 17, 2016 · I understand what I'm trying to achieve can be done simply with Swing JFileChooser with something like: JFileChooser chooser = new JFileChooser (); String someString = chooser.getSelectedFile ().toString (); But since my application is in JavaFX I want it to have a consistent look and not a mix with Swing. WebFLTK assumes that if command kdialog is available on the system, its procedure to create a file chooser window with command kdialog and to read the output of this command runs successfully.
